Terms of Service
Effective date: March 24, 2026 — Last updated: March 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AgentWorkPermit (“AWP”), a service operated by NANJI SAS, a French company registered under SIREN 910189380, located at 43 rue de Turbigo, 75003 Paris, France. AWP is a permission proxy that enables AI agents to access your Gmail account through temporary, scoped, and revocable work permits.
By creating an account or using AWP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Description
AWP is a permission layer between AI agents and Gmail. It allows you to create work permits that grant agents temporary, scoped access to your Gmail, monitor agent activity through an audit log, and suspend or revoke permits at any time.
AWP does not provide AI agents. You connect your own agents and use AWP to control what they can do.
2. Account Requirements
To use AWP, you must be at least 16 years old, have a valid Google account, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it, including actions performed by agents you authorize.
3. Gmail Access and Permits
To use AWP, you authorize Gmail access through Google OAuth. This grants AWP the ability to perform actions on your behalf and only as defined by your permits. You can revoke access at any time.
How Permits Work
A permit defines the scope (which actions), constraints (filters and limits), and duration of agent access. Every action is evaluated by AWP’s policy engine. Actions outside the permit are blocked.
Your Responsibility
You choose which agents to connect and what permissions to grant. Actions taken by agents under your permits are treated as actions taken by you. AWP provides the guardrails, but you are ultimately accountable.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Use AWP to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or phishing messages
- Attempt to bypass permit restrictions or security controls
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with AWP’s infrastructure
- Overload the service with excessive requests
- Access other users’ accounts or data
- Use AWP for any illegal purpose
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
Your data: You retain all ownership of your data. We do not claim any rights over it. We do not store email content.
Our platform: AWP software, API, dashboard, and branding are owned by AgentWorkPermit and protected by applicable law.
6. Fees
AWP is currently free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any charges apply. You will not be charged without explicit consent.
7. Service Availability
We provide AWP on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific uptime. AWP depends on third-party services (Google APIs, Fly.io, Vercel) — we are not responsible for their disruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
AWP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- AWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Total aggregate liability shall not exceed EUR 100 or the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under EU law.
9. Termination
By you: Delete your account from Settings at any time. All data is permanently erased.
By us: We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations, security risks, legal requirements, or service discontinuation (with reasonable notice).
Upon termination, all permits are revoked, tokens deleted, and access ceases.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes are subject to the courts of Paris, France, subject to EU consumer protection rules that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
